Welcome members to AZT pickleball to 2024. We wish all members a safe and healthy year.

Please join your board and welcome new Vice President Bill Hansen, Secretary Sharon Marine, and Director Bob Miller. Dan Lanning as Treasurer and myself, Alan Coleman as President are entering our second year.

A special thanks to outgoing board members Dave Keil, Debbie Worley, and Bob Tomisser for their service to the club.

2023 was a challenging year as we had a new management team and had to redo our paperwork and defend our charter. Highlights of 2023 were the installation of our new lights and the continued growth of our club. We have grown from 180+ members last year to 210+ members today. Our challenge remains to find space and playing time for all.

I spoke to the CDC committee on December 10th and asked them to work with the club on a 3-year plan for the expansion of our courts. More work will be needed from both sides. The club's proposal was received. Time will tell.
